CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

6 H; m: |& k4 D8 [$ P0 zShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
  u7 U' p: ~6 B0 l& e% v-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
) W/ z) p. L( C+ C" B2 O-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
: L, d' r% h" t' S3 c# `- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
1 J/ @7 j0 y" w% h-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.

Education and Qualifications:
8 k9 Y1 P- c6 ^
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
. t9 v. |. ?2 ]+ Q( B- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
7 c- S4 L' n9 C( n) V# f6 M/ @5 w- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
