: [% M0 ~2 j2 q! P" Z. W3 vJOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the
& {$ V6 J2 p# }+ tOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
- w7 k- `' k4 k! zprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
! B) @# @8 p. d4 H' wcleanliness and order in the bar.

% n, r* } h4 e' L! r/ n3 }6 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:8 r) U s0 ^, r
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
" x* m L4 n1 _beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ) F( X/ [" W3 B7 y
bar and debit floats.

5 _. f$ J. z* ~# E6 p0 d3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
$ U3 ~+ t6 L5 }# e7 L# f% {$ aattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
" z- q3 a8 v9 s2 n% u0 Zseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
* \% H& C0 G( k1 h/ M+ ~storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 1 W: S+ }2 j* m& l# \/ B5 E) q6 e7 x
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.. i# o @4 [4 c i$ v t, f: j
. w2 ~3 w9 s$ V4 J7 x# Q6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close , J. |" R: ]; G/ x8 p' F0 R
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
