3 k7 E% f/ V' u% [9 F6 ~; O2 e• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
/ S$ L3 B7 F0 U/ _% ~1 O3 zDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.% W+ Q$ v8 p$ {3 F) }8 d7 b
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.+ K( F: ^) J2 f4 ^! r& ?& w8 M
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards.7 L% C6 F+ f3 n: ^$ |
• Manage store physical inventory.

• Manage store Health & Safety program.

% m" t. C; s" v! K" U. I• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
9 P: R2 H! a7 {• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.4 U3 I0 f, E3 k7 w B
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
! {% m( A8 M3 r8 f" N# w• Excellent customer service skills., r! p; d$ u# ~, }
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
