Safety training includes defensive driving, HABITS (safe work methods), WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), and TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods). Service Provider training includes delivery and pick-up methods, operation of the hand-held computer (DIAD), and dispatch procedures.
