shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
" g& v, q8 n6 d& }# nplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. - N* J/ v1 K3 g) n5 [
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.. k: f# D s% }" t1 s* f( S9 ?) ~" o
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
+ w( N( Q3 Y% C3 t/ VIf you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
