留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
9 L9 X" A# D6 l7 i& b$ C2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

1 d' B4 D5 v- t+ c) P9 S' D% r6 B# Nyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
4 X, e1 j5 O. r. x+ X) z/ _you must be a resident of Canada; and
6 r1 j. p/ u2 z8 Kyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
