1) 用什么形式申请免修? 有专用的表格或标准要求吗?
8 b& j+ O5 Y2 H# ]* D2) 我已有原来学校的transcripts, 还需要原来的学校出具各个课程说明的证明吗? (需要盖章吗)

If you want to transfer some courses, you should provide the course description from China in English. When you apply the school, the advisor will take a look at your course description and find out whether you have already learned as same as the courses offered in here. They will let you know later on which courses will be transfered.
