c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

/ K4 w: s( T1 i! j* ?9 KPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 E  V$ c3 R" u. T9 ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ N9 ?' A5 z% X2 J' gintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& }1 I& f7 s8 I; P# H(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
2 [: U7 _8 t0 W8 n& k; N  K( V1 O$ E(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ c% S4 w. w0 T" \: Q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
