& _% X2 _. L# YJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: z, H8 g3 O* J' @
1 P  `2 l& N, K' \; E$ u" |0 u1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

# T/ K# Y! L+ c: }2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4 ^& ^" T6 a: g* m: r# k4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

  A3 P1 p" r4 P6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
" y' k5 f$ r* ~( n. j: c
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

* F1 G$ g. G7 z) w$ E$ \  ^2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

$ ^: V+ @& ^- N4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
