* W/ p/ ?$ X  f6 Z5 v: |• Work as a member of a project team to develop new software solutions;
• Work as a member of a project team in support of existing ICD software solutions;
. {6 }( A# M% k4 I$ B# b# z. b9 v• Provide Production trouble-shooting analysis & resolution;
• Implement reusable software components;
1 Q% W  Z+ @0 B/ x: _% o; F• Implement automated Unit tests;
• Work within an iterative environment;
! D. H5 E% A/ r0 }2 J• Utilize Rational’s source code versioning tool to manage software code streams;

- E! I; f" X3 n+ Q: r" EKey aspects for these roles are:
/ f* J8 N  ?" ]0 r9 N) ~! B4 H9 k! c( n• Use the EUB .Net Framework to develop and maintain subsystems and applications;
9 L5 R* A# X7 H5 M! D• Work in partnership with business analysts and Systems Architect to ensure that there is a transition from design to development;
1 q7 [% Y: B. [• Identify architectural issues and recommendations to improve our application systems environment. This includes current design patterns, component development and identification of common services;
$ d( o- U! \/ t/ @5 V• Work closely with the Business Analyst and the Test Analyst to ensure requirements are understood and unit testing approach is sound;
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of Project risks
