Not sure if it works, I called Dell and was transfered between US and Canada 3 times, talked to 8 person and spent over 1 hr "HOLD". 9 U; u- w: H+ p& d+ N7 b # h! l! I can imagine how much time I am going to waste if I need to get the notebook serviced.
