place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. ' T4 N& z3 ~* g) ~9 Q# r# p
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
- c/ R. e! ^3 P5 M( `% pthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
