how to cook steak

It is very easy!
! A3 _# h4 P0 i4 M& Wshake some salt over the steak on both sides.
8 O+ `7 r$ F' O, ^' Elet it sit there for a about 30 minutes.
- ^3 c1 _0 c- l. n& O. mput the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
% f& N4 I* l$ b2 k3 Kthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
