2:16 耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。
$ ^4 ~0 j+ H/ V: xAnd the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
- H. \: g. \4 P) o; E( Z3 q* v4 L2:17 只是分别善恶树上的果子,你不可吃,因为你吃的日子必定死。# C5 X# I4 K' j/ ]
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die

' u3 e! n% A0 G% m; V3:14 耶和华神对蛇说,你既作了这事,就必受咒诅,比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走,终身吃土。, D c+ ]* G* G& _9 c" c% k1 O
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
! B7 \5 L) f8 ?' A8 O3:15 我又要叫你和女人彼此为仇。你的后裔和女人的后裔也彼此为仇。女人的后裔要伤你的头,你要伤他的脚跟。

3:16 又对女人说,我必多多加增你怀胎的苦楚,你生产儿女必多受苦楚。你必恋慕你丈夫,你丈夫必管辖你。
) t, C; k7 Q. o( n/ GUnto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. 9 O0 M' C" _! Q7 W) U
3:17 又对亚当说,你既听从妻子的话,吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子,地必为你的缘故受咒诅。你必终身劳苦,才能从地里得吃的。
, N- ^1 q. w' v7 lAnd unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
9 Z6 R, _5 e5 H, }3:19 你必汗流满面才得糊口,直到你归了土,因为你是从土而出的。你本是尘土,仍要归于尘土。4 z# S- |8 F' U0 I
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. . H+ J9 }/ t8 W# d. `
3:20 亚当给他妻子起名叫夏娃,因为她是众生之母。
2 e3 v9 g; E# `9 QAnd Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them. : e7 J+ ^% H5 B ]" C) W
3:22 耶和华神说,那人已经与我们相似,能知道善恶。现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃,就永远活着。
- ?, X5 _' K3 J7 i+ F" g- fAnd the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. * u s8 r, X/ B( o3 T. c* m
3:24 于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑,要把守生命树的道路。& n% r8 L$ p! u- o! |# Z2 D" N9 n; `
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. |
