though和yet在口语中怎么用？

来加后，最感兴趣的一句话就是 I am full, it is good though
他们喜欢吧though放到句尾，是转折的意思吧？可以和but连用吗？总觉得but说起来有力，转折更明确。
还有Yet怎么用？have you opened yet?yet比However语气更强烈吧，听ESL的老师说Yet比较Surprise比But和however.

but 的语气太强了，表达很弱的转折时，把though放在最后
