The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.; O; y4 N2 R% I8 X5 \* Q' n' L
' j8 V$ w; C1 W8 q5 G+ n3 l$ }# E9 X9 AThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

% C( l- l- k) h! ^Job Duties/Responsibilities:
/ l4 V7 [/ e5 T9 P• Human Resources Management
% o: h0 p' u7 N; O0 {! c5 c/ H• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
9 ^; ?. L4 f3 i5 t" G: g• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
2 B& L4 U) x) r7 b2 K/ P• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities- x0 z. J! }8 _* d: {' [
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
3 J9 w1 _' _% A2 r: |9 s0 n- [* E• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities& z& }! H2 H. N3 H8 s( }, r

Program Delivery
3 g/ i1 P2 N0 `9 p• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 5 Z0 c3 h6 T% o! J
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes0 G; E2 `& Y6 ~4 O; Q$ X
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required8 X" j% ]5 l; L+ ?& M
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
/ P2 F5 V( q6 C. E( ]! }• Review service action plans and support programs as requested( M* A% K! w0 u' C; ~5 g( Q: o
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department& s; z/ B# T3 s
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program
9 E; K, U+ m- n+ _• Implement service modification, as required

Administration
& ~( |7 {( u# y. w• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director0 @' @1 B1 U" O/ K0 D
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
' X! ~5 h- [7 q; r! d9 p• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

Qualifications:
; m; `/ g/ P# E4 }( t
7 g! S, n; M3 K, q2 s( I5 Z• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
9 p& E( T N W* X$ v/ ^• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
" Q9 c% Z7 w* W; m' k• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
: p3 g) n& y4 m: w5 I4 }• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations2 O! u" Z7 Z2 Z: T6 W% W
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population0 L, F/ A& e9 q# d1 f( V2 f* K
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office- ^7 q+ M& [0 I; y. F
