following stipulations:

0 K, ]4 J" r3 V) P. P. I& {1) They MUST retire. Forty million job openings -
Unemployment fixed.

2) They MUST buy a new American CAR. Forty million cars ordered-
! |6 l, Q( w! A; M1 @Auto Industry fixed.

Housing Crisis fixed.
