+ r1 a2 N( t8 z9 f. T! |" PWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.+ n7 o/ W3 C; D

/ t. D; t' [: i6 b6 O4 ~/ [• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
9 }* \0 j( _2 A" L• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
1 H" Q# [5 F! K7 g• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
: v5 d& b4 o2 B. F0 j- k• Promoting TBL products and services ( u2 y5 G. d1 w& Z
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
. q0 Y4 ]& B) ?- W! C: ]5 o/ p• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables % e. Q! a9 g& s1 `
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta # g/ x- ?$ s+ b- S9 Z' R+ E& y
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience ' A7 D4 `9 I' `
• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling# ]; m9 _) D6 Z* U) J
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.5 t R2 h r$ D6 M3 |3 V+ v
