5 j' L' f- v8 i" Y  QThis program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
0 s( g7 O3 O; ^+ H& `7 ^7 K4 uPrograms run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

8 r$ y" E6 U, q8 N/ P. C5 R0 mYou must be/have:
• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
/ q6 K$ a% V- _+ {2 M/ U5 O• Unemployed or underemployed
8 q2 r* x7 o7 u/ Y• Minimum 18 years of age
1 w5 C, ~5 i1 H  |0 P5 g5 u  @• Good moral character
7 U; s: @; G; U' S• Good health and physical condition
0 w' y1 v$ m- k0 D. D, s4 J• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
; @# W* |% F; X; e7 R# v• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
