# G5 _2 A) v; I- w- [, E3 _9 RC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
' k# G) J. B; I  B; q' f& J0 S7 {Duties:
" @0 w; x, G4 @1 t% p# B•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
5 Y' y- u/ V0 V+ a3 v2 }•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
; T- F0 b! o4 J% M5 R•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
, f$ @! N: W+ U•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
- _- G6 M- o; m% f9 n9 x•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 V# Q1 t* G2 ~•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
$ q' J+ W1 k, }9 p$ uMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
9 ~/ v4 B% H2 B" i- l•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
1 _( f' v: B. K' K3 r2 x•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
- l% w! t: h: c•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
9 q9 c5 k- R2 w$ F! ~  [•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
2 k. N. ~" S; J. a% ?•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
' J' \1 C+ U9 `, j  }6 ?1 uDesirable Requirements:
0 K+ g% r' G7 u. f# s2 t•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
