• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
! D1 M+ ]) A1 }• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
/ H! _) K% s& G" m* d$ U, e& ^• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
, P4 o- Y/ J& A" }1 |: r1 j4 n/ e5 i• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;# m) J% O3 K5 e2 z6 o
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

$ {5 v0 [- B& ^; m: _4 x• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).# p5 T/ u' i- w2 n) H

Education / Experience4 V0 T9 D" y! b4 X& k- L' r3 e
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; , H1 Y3 B+ [6 P8 v! C) ~: P
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 7 q: ~4 ^! M7 T) D% r$ X |
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
' m) Q# l& F5 V6 w2 r• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
