• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control5 O0 _2 b+ F5 @) b" @
• Identification and replication of software defects
* p7 O5 n" E. r; a• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures 3 O+ k D* G5 A% b0 H4 q
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education
