you have three methods to book an appointment.

1.visit www.prometric.com to schedule a test

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:

; t1 X9 N! M, n- D- X3 }you take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
