E7 r9 J" FOversee the project management support area responsible for monitoring, reporting and advancing project risk, compliance and lifecycle stage gating activities for projects managed by the MP Upstream Facilities Projects department. This includes directing a team of analysts and coordinators in providing support throughout the planning, design, procurement, construction and start-up stages of the project lifecycle.

General accountabilities include ensuring that the team's processes are aligned with the company's business practices as well as with Major Project's goals and objectives. The Supervisor's role also provides input for defining and implementing processes and practices related to Major Project's risk, compliance and lifecycle stage gating activities.

# W n) }+ H) r) _ Supervise a team of project management analysts responsible for developing and achieving specific deliverables for multiple projects in accordance with Major Projects* risk, compliance and project lifecycle stage gating processes. " u( M' u K+ _" j9 u f
0 c( d+ l* k: `- S0 I4 nEnsure each project leverages the lifecycle stage gating process to deliver maximum value while successfully achieving senior management approval at each gate.

Interpret project-specific business requirements, ensure alignment with the project lifecycle gating methodologies, and ensure that all gate deliverables are evidenced and compiled in a manner which demonstrates compliance.

Assign priorities to complex, multiple, competing projects by effectively prioritizing work assignments and allocating resources while managing stakeholder expectations. Establish and adjust priorities based on the department's objectives and the company's strategic plan. Keep the long-range plan in sight while resolving issues and making decisions regarding work group planning and direction. 6 u/ @! a; F c. Q; K, D' c9 ^

Work closely with the PMO and liaise with other project leaders to develop, implement and manage business processes and practices. Adapt strategies to meet to meet the needs of department projects.

Widen and apply expertise by broadening alliances and working relationships with a broad cross-section of stakeholders, both within and beyond the Major Projects business unit. Communicate and work effectively with a varying set of these stakeholders on a regular basis.

Apply leadership and people skills in managing human resources by encouraging staff development, providing motivation and ensuring staff are provided with mentoring and career development opportunities. Qualifications
5 k: ]$ p4 m- _+ q4 ^6 J5 Q Bachelors degree in engineering, business management or equivalent post-secondary education and experience in a technical area. / b2 h$ C9 i/ e9 y1 \* k

A minimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in the project management, engineering or operations of pipelines and related facilities 9 Z0 w7 ~. B9 U- O0 D" i1 M2 q
' t* A% _" M1 y0 ]: EExtensive job knowledge and experience in more than one engineering or project management area. Have an extensive knowledge of Enbridge's organization. This includes having a strong appreciation for and understanding of the responsibilities in the other departments and business units and how they relate to capital project development and system operations. / C. D1 {/ `4 w' r
8 q$ z. k& D, z+ R: n$ _' |/ yAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. This includes the ability to effectively interact with peers, internal and external stakeholders.
