急问：关于申请 post-graduation work permit的问题

请问规定的 90天是从哪一天算起的。对于研究生是不是就是convercation的时间？不过还听说是答辩的时间。我上个月让系里开证明我已经完成 requirement 并且 11月 convercation，证明的时间是当时的时间，没有毕业提答辩的时间。是不是应该就可以了？

还没有 convercation 呢，所以还没有学位政呀，

就是你交了论文, 学校会给你封信, 信上的时间就对了. 如果还有什么相关的问题你可以去international center咨询, 那的工作人员很nice也很professional.

I got the letter from the university to congratuate the completement of degree when I submit the thesis. But there is no date shown in that letter, but only the signature from Dean.

我记不太清了, 应该是信寄出来的日子. 你最好去international center 问一下, make sure.

xixi, 当时是他们直接给我的信上没有时间，就是看CIC的人怎么想了，不知道他们的判定标准是什么

毕业时间就是交论文时间。
你的信上应该有日期，如果没有最好让系里再给你写一个。
