Z+ b" C% y( ~- H The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.  
Responsibilities  
& N2 p( m6 H7 G! y1 n The primary responsibilities are to:

# X) X& U/ T5 n- [5 j2 A  D  y-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
) Z4 S8 y0 k# ?4 z' @
# M. e. p3 R% y6 j2 |8 j! RServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

4 H$ {% T, T5 ~Ensure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

: K! K/ x6 I5 F# G, m8 C8 zMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
, l' j) j9 `- B# U) @" x% g Qualifications  
+ z, n  n" U2 d+ m) {) y Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

, ^4 m* z( ?# @( KRequires exceptional communication and report writing skills.
7 `  B2 P; B& Y( W8 S8 G. q8 ?
Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

7 B# M( f1 i% D( `0 V4 jExcellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
