Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
2 H# n6 G" N& v; A) T- l-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
. _. j& B( D- U& r( w! T# B) O2 u-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
# e: z/ ^& b3 R. H9 E-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
/ p. h1 E& R- r5 n7 \-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
