5 s5 h6 Q' {9 ^0 a* G9 kReporting to the Recoveries Manager, the Recoveries Officer is responsible for implementing and utilizing established recovery procedures in accordance with Legal Aid Alberta policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing client account maintenance; telephone, mail and in-office contact with clients; account reconciliation, adjustments and refunds; and executing documentation that is critical in securing the organization's position regarding funds expended on our client's behalf.

The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent organizational skills, possesses good computer skills, with sound verbal and written communication skills. Cash handling and a minimum of two years experience in an Accounts Receivable function are required.
