FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

: _5 m4 _; h1 a6 zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ e  J; m6 c  l' l* S2 X•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
. G+ O8 X0 `, m1 X5 O•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

  U5 m3 F  R$ J1 Q/ ySKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
( b+ D; d2 k1 J. N1 |7 {5 ?•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
5 N. u* p  @& f7 w$ N! I•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
; B% a$ G1 _  \' c  [•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
•        High attention to detail.
•        Strong customer service orientation.
