This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. 0 j0 Q6 | |$ r1 u, ]: o( m

Responsibilities" y$ Y8 Z: N8 v" b5 F& F% {% f
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners7 c7 `* `- D6 t$ K3 T
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
( M) U# I E* x4 P# B8 U! f• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols. V! O2 E0 {' m: Z, q
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
6 w6 Z5 ^3 @* J u1 A% Z• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field9 r7 h" ^3 O3 G9 U0 S
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
/ s$ C: }% T6 a4 B+ j+ v a• Experience in project management & report writing - L9 C1 k, r- l4 N- ^
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable& i/ x( t7 Z+ N" v+ Y: a/ Q9 x
