Interacts with staff and clients on a daily basis providing administrative support in a professional and courteous manner.. _$ {7 |# ~: t

• Maintenance of membership data bases, monitoring membership payments and entering new members 8 ]+ d: V. [/ n7 H' Y h" k
• Scheduling and setting up meetings: staff, board, board committee and others. Taking minutes and their distribution

• Ordering & organizing office supplies and office storerooms

• Manage general requests by phone and email including orders from website

Desired Qualifications:

 Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
