nine years and our mission is to equip youth to engage and inspire others to

The YOUCAN VERTO Project is a Government of Canada and Government of Albertafunded9 m4 _8 \! v9 n6 E: `5 |- ]
" t! {6 @; }) {- ]project that will bring at-risk youth together into a unique 15 -week groupbased/ ^1 _0 q: H' ^; J4 O
employability skills program entitled “The VERTO Project”.) Z) a3 I" g) Z% o" d: b w
The goal of the VERTO Program is to assist participants in obtaining and maintaining E; y. a7 `; Y4 T E( D8 N
the skills necessary to bring success into their lives. Verto program will expose
* n h% y! E- Fparticipants to a wide range of components focusing on: employment development,% K- L8 S( H# u7 ~0 B
personal wellness, technology learning, conflict resolution, and exposure courses.( e3 r. E6 U5 y
Additionally, we will incorporate topics around health and wellness, volunteerism,! W' M) \) l* e g" W# q( X
and leadership courses. Verto youth will be provided with a six-month employment1 k* P9 i) T0 I% |
