Not hot at all. In the summer, the building has cool air continuously come into your unit from the hall way. I don't know what the cooling system called, but you can give us a call after 7:00pm, my husband  knows everything about the condo.

we asking for $143000.00 or the best offer.
For my best knowledge, condo is the one which has the least price increase from the big housing price increase since last year.
  t$ E) x& W5 _% nIf you can't afford a house right now, buying a condo is not a bad idea.
I'm saying this not because I'm selling my one. You can do some research on condo price in the past few years yourself.
