He/she will claim whatever happen on his/her side that why they run over the red light. Has to be a valid reason, He/she can’t say that they don’t care running over a red light…if He/she has a valid reason, it is likely your fault according to the safe rule on your handbook…However, if they are not being reasonable, like they are drunk or something, likely you can get away from this.

Obviously if the light turns yellow and the car approaching is very far away or slowing down already, you then start turning left, but suddenly the car accelerate again and run into you because they are drunk or being stupid, and you can prove that, the police/judge should believe its not your fault. |
