• Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed! X f4 b1 l: ]. T4 t
• Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components) C& [6 \5 x' N0 G
• Hammer out dents, buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers: T& a8 v0 r# d' ]
• Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams/ u3 ^4 W& j/ O z2 t% f
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place: v! w. P D2 n) r% g2 V
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
$ @4 S9 i9 X2 x Q; E/ T0 Z• File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools9 C; N3 u7 f& M; S9 \0 H4 J j
• Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting) S0 @5 l' e7 P6 v1 H
• Mix paint, blend and match colors% X8 l2 a% @2 V$ h( L* n/ t
• Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns/ m1 {6 U Y/ `+ _; `1 ~9 ]. z- K' j
• Repair and replace glass components such as windshields, windows and sunroofs$ D4 b& v% w- A# }# I1 K; M' p
• Repair or replace interior components, such as seat frame assembly, carpets and floorboard insulation

Education and Experience Requirements:
# L- o: X6 x {• Completion of secondary school is required
1 F; F: g( U, f7 @• Completion of a three- to four-year motor vehicle body repair apprenticeship program

A combination of over three years of work experience in the motor vehicle body repair trade
