Method
+ E7 L% m: i. n% ?1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan5 f1 ^: x, V2 c7 }; U5 _
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.) _* q3 v' P* b% |6 ~7 C. L
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid./ `$ Z2 M- V) w1 k' a0 s
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
