TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

6 v0 u& Z& Q; c5 cThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
* K7 ]/ [0 `5 U x _well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
3 L& I6 C& D0 @# G/ E9 W& [and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
' H; o; x; l% A8 B! Rcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

Coordinator.

/ ]8 Q8 b. I' d5 f* k- h• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.4 I- C7 i# ~2 \9 F- i' N' J
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.6 | |# T) o; @2 b
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.6 L+ p5 s5 |4 e( O9 x" k
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
% u+ j; `5 }& P• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,, P/ Q6 f4 g# z6 K* o$ q2 M
timelines and budgets) y( s# z4 F" l- x+ l
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
$ ~, {" |7 }8 t" }9 r/ Xcompany’s business goals and policies
4 ~7 V# z% L2 l/ ^• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.: a9 U- \( b% `1 x& r
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE9 b, K$ [- O5 l0 l% d
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

0 W5 J: n/ s/ n* J有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

. i! q, ~0 h, c5 n. h( W; I希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

由于收到大量简历和邮件, 现在报名截止. 请后面的朋友不要再发简历了. 虽然收到了很多朋友的简历,但是我不可能全部推荐上去,只能找背景和条件都相对比较符合的1-2人推荐上去. 希望没有收到我回复的朋友不要灰心,继续move on.

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
