•        Complete and post staff schedules
5 H, c, K, ?; N; z$ e4 E; I8 _•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
5 \8 J! S# V6 t) k•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management3 I" h6 o: ^. l% L8 Q; q' y
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
/ R5 i. D( M3 j9 T•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date7 U# X6 T* {9 k' F* {7 N! E1 e2 B
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
9 n" D1 X5 k3 _. B0 Y2 \•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees- L' g! b8 _( D) j6 u0 E8 J* i
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales. `3 |2 A* E) u' Z, y9 E
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 9 s4 S; u/ X: o! A2 u/ D
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:
# W( Q5 y8 w- m5 k4 n9 B( T2 J0 z+ @( ^. [" A
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
  N) B7 f' p. `. {Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset% L- ~+ {4 N) I- [( z. T3 Z
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
4 ?- f: [5 ?! @0 }7 IPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
