Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
Your Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)

Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.

# V* F6 K& ^8 {7 pFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.  

+ {! K! l# T1 t. X* U: p/ ?" F6 WResponsibilities include:

9 E" |" a* d% r, G% ZDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
7 J6 l1 B+ b9 \; ?/ l* c' ZRequisition parts and materials, as required.
3 ?; N2 T8 h- qCreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
) w! G% b: |+ I& c% |; {; g2 B+ b% rProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
( ~$ r9 @+ |6 T( q, J4 c& L  n  VAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
Other assigned duties.

+ M4 n5 l% o* A; G" z
Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
7 E/ U8 I' v$ t/ Z& h5 @: `Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
2 t: r. W/ B% n3 T' @Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.

Only education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized as meeting the minimum qualifications.
An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
