1 g/ t/ ^/ q( l6 m8 D8 P: @RGIS Inventory Specialist 是全球领先的商务解决方案提供者。现招收全职Inventory Taker/auditor若干。要求掌握基本英语读写能力,有便利的出行方式(有车),对flexible的shifts有很强的适应能力。提供training,三个月试用期,通过实习期后提供晋升机会。

RGIS Inventory Takers are members of a team (called Team Members) that work together to physically count inventory for our clients and enter information into RGIS equipment. Inventory to be counted varies depending on the client and location to be audited.4 C% Q9 F& Q) @9 c  W) l. |

+ W2 D% ~! _5 s, C0 k( @1 WAll Inventory Takers receive comprehensive training on RGIS inventory practices and procedures prior to being assigned to an inventory event.. S: U% g8 h& g3 e4 C5 @' a! f7 R- h( {7 ?

) T( B9 J* _& q, @) J8 nJob Requirements/Duties  D2 r6 r; H, d* T5 H

, \3 ~. ?/ n/ b+ \Proficient with the RGIS hand held computer and other inventory equipment.( T, r) U7 u5 t& L% Z1 ^4 Y% P) g5 {# `. C2 `: W2 k8 [
Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
% l# ]4 f5 O% ]! K" v3 r$ vAdhere to all company policies and procedures.! I" D; [+ O9 p2 ~- j! Q. A  P: Z7 x' j3 k( }- E
Ability to work assigned shifts and adhere to a flexible schedule with varying hours to include working an extreme schedule, resulting in long hours on occasion.# C' K: Q5 h6 A! c6 R) F+ C2 i
Ability to work in various work environments, such as stores, warehouses, outside industries, etc., with potential exposure to cold and heat." t% h5 }/ H7 P" G0 u5 W9 N/ n  X$ y- q* M* C$ f
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties.

Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent)

Able to travel by car and plane (occasional)

# _4 [( a; i& a5 G* g; ~$ n* TEach RGIS auditor completes a paid comprehensive training program on the techniques and how to use the proprietary equipment, prior to being assigned to work an inventory event.

# M, T) f% I+ w9 I' J0 t' c1 ?In addition, as new clients are added, client-specific training is also provided to familiarize the RGIS auditor with the nuances of that customer.

  r- n$ z) }0 J8 n2 iFinally, RGIS provides Continuous ASET Advancement Process (CAAP) training for experienced auditors. CAAP focuses on improving the accuracy and counting speed of selected Specialist and Expert-ranked Team Members. As these CAAP trainees achieve higher on-the-job performance results, they become eligible for promotion to the next ASET ranking and corresponding pay increases.4 g' e  c2 ]& l4 E, q( G
9 d6 c; H& }9 e/ t6 e( V: u6 w3 v, s* @, w7 f
The CAAP process consists of training sessions that focus on building sight counting ability, ten-key-by-touch skills, and effective counting techniques. CAAP trainees transfer the course content during on-the-job skill applications in approximately 24 live events to build accuracy, speed, and confidence.

7 I9 P$ ^4 G- I! W" J6 n( L9 `4 H18 years of age -Travel Districts requires overnight stays.  U1 H" M( U: f, j, w: Z% n! j4 v2 {6 x0 w& R5 B) k. P* K

1 A8 U2 z) T1 M) s# U" K4 uExperience or Knowledge Requirements* [7 o: `# B9 @0 G+ |+ W$ ^+ V0 r: K  G/ X: U

1 T! u3 ~* P# c' v- V* e! XPrior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred.) b9 M( \* }  p8 U0 E& L, j  Y
- @8 w8 H& x, Q6 [Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure with whole numbers, common fractions and decimals using a calculator or 10-key audit., j) f+ @3 v9 y* V6 Y, l

垃圾公司!天天招人,还是招不到人。一堆没身份的留学生被移民中介黑到了这个公司。赚的血汗钱全给移民中介了。
