8 @! r  q+ M: Q" `2 o1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
- j* B4 e7 S3 N' t4 R' c8 f( r4 S2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;9 b! [$ P: l, r9 O/ o* p6 s
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
" O- {+ p8 Q3 I3 q& K# y4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; / H; m3 r+ E$ |& }" J
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
2 o! E' f+ I9 u0 o6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
& R' S6 G2 Q" ~0 c7 @/ ?7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
) L% p, h& f% U9 h•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.2 F# X( F3 f* {. f' ?
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.7 X5 q" S3 c1 t9 k2 b  l
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
4 {  C+ K/ w' U( i•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.' J' @& b3 Z8 B+ _* O% r* e# n
