留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
; z9 P$ s  E  }/ D: P7 M. G/ ^请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

& e2 z' C" ?- z; S; I2 k9 d$ l  t& ^0 O3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
6 Z2 o, B, a+ F! _you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
: T" k2 f1 `3 X7 ?: L. R& G+ ]: {you must be a resident of Canada; and
