We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
$ p s0 p) d9 E" g! d2 w% J2 C, {Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
- s6 k+ W2 p+ b- [7 CAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
, F9 h3 g5 m& qManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;. |) S7 I6 Q$ T* b6 k
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( P) O& O& I) W& W2 \: fEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
( O1 d" N, \: w! P7 ~" H8 u: gConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
