Pay rate: $19.30/HR

5 e4 c7 J$ w. E" u" ^! z( p- @Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
% P* S3 }1 ^" y3 K6 |9 ?Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
7 j9 H8 `9 @2 W1 S! \- ]Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
' H. \; x1 ?4 }1 uStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
6 k! o( I/ n: s$ aAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
3 h' V% r  t  t# j; V) h* WPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
* v5 f# {8 o7 p! vPrevious banking experience would be an asset
( v2 w/ `8 s$ ?Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
  ^0 k4 q! W  U; s! l3 I7 \: m, AAdministrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
