We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. c9 m, [) n4 \: d: {
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
$ X( \5 |3 v& c5 b, oAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines: r6 j. C' P/ }6 H. a& y: j6 W
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
( ]) L* N2 Q$ f8 HOversee file management for all LMIA matters;/ v1 d/ p; w! g
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
! y* ~" L1 Z1 y# j; l; Z2 J; z4 ~Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
# x" b9 @3 \7 @) U7 d- U+ [Conduct all work within established time standards;' M# g) ~ s) e" ]" P

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
