Job title: Office Administrator / Assitant Property Manager
Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments

4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) ^- G  U6 v9 l6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
9 M% ]8 y4 n  U# W4 M+ X" ]8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
