1 U  p; N9 `& l7 }) mShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
& k; K% V6 Y# u
0 w/ E: p( a: [6 g2 I-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
% Y. z+ T7 {& U( `: I) s0 t% N! f- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
* H/ `: H7 `  o0 L, W! p# S-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
0 k; k" d9 X2 E) j6 j- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
